Giovanni Lo Castro, born in Rome in 1997, graduated with honors from RUFA (Rome University
of Fine Arts) in 2020. He is currently studying and working in Milan, where he is enrolled in the
new technologies department at Brera. Lo Castro's artistic focus lies in exploring the perceptual
possibilities of images, infused with his personal experiences and emotional and psychological
elements. His work involves overlapping ideologies and forms, merging digital and analog elements
through material and color choices that play with complementary contrasts. Lo Castro's exploration
of the image as a language leads him to blend traditional iconographic motifs with contemporary
